The interactive artwork “Distances” virtually brings together people who are not able to touch themselves physically. This artwork was born in April 2020 in response to the Coronavirus crisis that forced us to be isolated and to have physical distances from others.

In this installation, two persons in two separate physical spaces are filmed in real-time by two devices. They are invited to have contact virtually within the same image bringing them together face to face.
